What is The Squadron?
Your team will experience The Squadron’s workshop, a team building experience, while learning an essential business skill “the Debriefing Process”; this is at the heart of the flying simulation activity. The debrief is taking aviation methodologies into the business world and doing it in an exciting environment. Our Debriefing is future-oriented and generates insights that benefit your business immediately.

How it works?
Your team will participate in up to three flights, depending on the group size. Following the practice flight, you’ll engage in a collaborative communication mission, where a pilot and co-pilot from your team will work together to navigate challenges and execute the mission successfully.

Yes, the simulator is safe for pregnant women. The simulator does not move or vibrate.
