How it works?
Your team will participate in up to three flights, depending on the group size. Following the practice flight, you’ll engage in a collaborative communication mission, where a pilot and co-pilot from your team will work together to navigate challenges and execute the mission successfully.

How do we operate the event?
Each event includes a guided journey: Food and drinks, gear up, team briefings, immersive simulator flights, and powerful debrief sessions — all led by experienced instructors. We handle everything from flow to facilitation.
Is food included?
We partner with premium local vendors to provide catering. From breakfast bites to lunch buffets or happy hour snacks — we’ve got you covered.
Can we customize the experience?
Absolutely. We tailor each event to your team’s size, goals, and industry — from the tone of the briefings to custom competition metrics and even co-branded flight dashboards.
How many people can participate?
We can accommodate intimate groups of 6 participants to Large flashy 150 participants party for the optimal experience. Larger groups? No problem — we’ll help you structure multiple sessions or a rolling format.

Yes, The Squadron’s unique training program, led by fighter pilots and simulator instructors, allows anyone to fly and perform the missions.
Is the simulator safe for pregnant women?
Yes, the simulator is safe for pregnant women. The simulator does not move or vibrate
