Why The Squadron

Not Another Team-Building Activity

Most team-building experiences are designed to entertain. The Squadron is built to be both fun and transformative, revealing how teams actually work together and how to improve it.
By combining immersive simulation with structured debriefing led by elite fighter pilots, teams don’t just participate in an activity, they gain a clear understanding of how they communicate, make decisions, and perform as a unit.

Immersive, Mission-Based Environment

Teams are placed into scenarios that require real coordination, focus, and shared execution.

Led by Elite Pilots

Every session is guided by professionals trained in high-performance environments, bringing proven methodologies into a team setting.

Structured Debrief Methodology

The debrief is where insight turns into action. Teams break down what happened and walk away with practical ways to improve.
