The Squadron – the most advanced executive training facility in the world

The Squadron’s two training facilities are located in Glilot, Israel, and World Trade Center 7 in Manhattan. They are the only civilian complexes of their kind in the world, using military grade F-16 and F-35 flight simulators. Our workshops and training programs offer a unique and empowering experiential training experience, which includes challenging flights, navigation, and interception missions.

These experience, coupled with briefing sessions from our training staff, provide managers and their teams with a unique set of advanced capabilities and tools to drive individual, team, and organizational excellence. These skills can be quickly assimilated into an organization, giving it a distinct advantage in today’s dynamic and competitive market.

The Squadron’s training staff includes senior combat pilots, squadron commanders, reserve base commanders, Air Force simulator instructors certified for combat training, and organizational consultants with extensive military training experience. Our diverse team enables The Squadron to develop customized executive development plans to meet each organization’s business goals – in the spirit of the Air Force.
