The Squadron Leadership Academy
Intended for leadership teams, topics and durations are tailored to client needs.
The program length ranges from 2– to 5-days and incudes a series of workshops.
Each session has at least two F-35 simulation flights.
During this process, we take a deep dive into The Squadron’s Management Cycle.
Each workshop builds upon the previous one, allowing participants to develop a new set of leadership skills.
Throughout the course, we practice on-the-job assignments and provide coaching between sessions.
At the end of the program, we work with the participants on their post-workshop implementation plan.

The Squadron Teamwork & Communication workshop creates trust and connectivity through an exhilarating F-35 simulation that transports teams out of their usual work patterns and comfort zones. This workshop is for every team that wants to reach new heights together
Accelerating Performance
Our Accelerating Performance workshop equips organizations to outperform their competition and become leaders in their fields. Focusing on The Squadron’s Debrief methodology, this workshop teaches participants how to continually learn, evolve, and excel. Through a series of F-35 flights and Debriefings, participants learn how to identify and apply learnings quickly and successfully. Participants discover how Debriefing strengthens team and organizational culture. They identify how to immediately incorporate Debriefing into their daily routines.
Planning & Execution
This workshop enables leaders to develop and execute plans in fast-moving, ever-changing environments. Applying The Squadron Management Cycle, workshop participants learn to construct plans that anticipate change to allow for ambiguity. A fast-moving and ever-changing F-35 simulation teaches participants the to quickly adapt plans -- even mid-execution and without teams losing focus on their goal.
