The Top Aces program is an intensive, one-week aviation and leadership program. Cadets spend their days in military-grade F-35 simulators, learning everything from aviation physics and navigation to formation flying and high-stakes dogfights.

Our immersive program mirrors a fighter pilot’s day — morning briefings, simulated missions, and debriefings that build character:

Pilot’s State of Mind: Master complex decision-making under pressure. Master Combat Aviation: Command the four forces of flight, altitude management, and high-pressure stall recovery. Fun & Flights: Suit up in flight gear, earn your call sign, and hit the simulators for dogfights, scramble launches, and interception missions.

The Top Aces Academy is an intensive, one-week aviation and leadership program. We offer 4 different dates:

Does my teen need prior flight experience?

None at all. We take cadets from “zero to hero.” Our curriculum is designed to teach the fundamentals of flight—including the 4 Forces and altitude management—before moving into advanced maneuvers.

How do I secure a spot?

Simply fill in our “Contact Us” form. Since we know many families plan far in advance, you do not need to pay the full amount today. A member of our team will call you to finalize the details.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. Once you submit the form, a member of our team will call you to finalize the details and collect a deposit of $300 to hold the seat. The remaining balance will be handled closer to the start of the camp.

What should they wear?

Cadets should wear comfortable clothing. We provide flight suits that go over their clothes for the full experience.
