After suiting up and attending a professional briefing, you and your teammates will complete couple of flights that reinforces the basics. You will then participate in a team planning session where you’ll review roles, outline strategies, and build a shared approach for the upcoming navigation challenge.
The core of this experience is the team navigation mission — a dynamic simulator flight that requires collaboration to select objectives, divide responsibilities, and achieve optimal results together.
Final debriefs will help you reflect on how your team communicated, coordinated, and executed under pressure, with clear takeaways to apply both inside and outside the cockpit.

Who This Is For
Ideal for friends, partners, and corporate groups who want to strengthen teamwork in a memorable, high-impact setting. This is more than fun — it’s a team effectiveness experience. Participants ages of 12 and up with no prior flight experience required.
Arrival Instructions:
The Squadron is located at the 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich St, New York, New York. Upon arrival, you will be required to present an ID at the building’s front desk.
- Once you have been approved, take the A elevator up to the 10th Floor, where you will be greeted by The Squadron crew.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in and briefing.
