No. While aviation enthusiasts love it, most of our guests don’t necessarily come from aviation. Our experiences are designed to be engaging, intuitive, and fun even if you’ve never thought about flying before.

Yes. For active participants in the briefings and flights you need to book a ticket for each – just add the number of participants when placing the order. Non-flying friends and family don’t need a reservation and are welcome to watch, cheer you on, and share the experience.

Yes. Our simulators are completely static and professionally maintained. The experience is guided by trained instructors who are with you every step of the way.

Our simulators don’t move – only the visuals do. A small number of guests may feel mild dizziness at first, but most feel completely fine. Instructors are there to support you through the experience at any time.

Yes. The simulators are motionless and safe for pregnant participants. If you have any concerns, our team is happy to help.

Yes. We have an accessible F-35 simulator designed to accommodate guests using wheelchairs. Our team will assist with setup to ensure a comfortable experience.

That’s perfectly okay. You’re welcome to observe, take part in the briefing and debrief, and enjoy the atmosphere without flying. Many guests change their mind once they see how it works – but there’s never any pressure.

Anything comfortable is great. We do recommend pants instead of dresses or skirts, as the flight suits go on over your clothes.

The experience is suitable for ages 12 and up. If you’re looking to book for a younger participant, feel free to contact us to check suitability.

Yes. The Squadron experiences make great gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. Gift options are available at the website shop when you pick the type of experience. You’ll be able to choose a date when the gift is being delivered by email.

Food and drinks aren’t sold on-site, except by prior arrangement. We have a coffee and tea station available for guests at all times. For groups of 10 or more, we can arrange food in advance, please contact us for more information and inquires.

Yes. You’re welcome to take photos and videos before and after your flight, and our team is happy to help capture the moment.

You can cancel your visit up to two business days before your scheduled experience with no charge. Cancellations made between two business days and one business day before the experience will be charged 50% of the booking cost. Cancellations made after that are charged in full.

You can reschedule your flight up to 24 hours before the experience. Changes made after that time aren’t eligible for credit and are charged in full.

Absolutely. The Squadron is a great option for group reservations, special occasions, and private events. For group bookings, we can also arrange food and drinks as part of the reservation. Contact us to plan your event.

Yes, participants must be 12 years or older.

Yes, the simulator doesn’t move or vibrate. Thousands of pregnant women have flown in our simulators without any problems.
